working knowledge of contracting systems and how they interface with other systems
Compliance experience with governmental regulations

Contract Administrator/Manager to develop, draft, negotiate and execute modification of existing company/third party agreements to include amendatory language to bring contracts/suppliers into compliance with new
General Data Protection Regulations implemented in the EU.
Interface with Procurement and Legal; track status of negotiations and follow through to execution.
