Project Coordinator Admin needs 8+ years of experience

Project Coordinator Admin requires:

Ability to work to meet difficult deadlines and manage an on-going cycle of new developments through the year.
Attention to detail and quality troubleshooting skills.
Advanced computer skills. Technical aptitude skills for creating worksheets, templates and presentations.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with specific emphasis on writing skills.
Excellent virtual meeting tool/platform skills, including experience with Zoom (meetings/webinars) and Teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate ingenuity and resourcefulness.
Project Coordinator Admin duties:

Administrative support to Meeting, Travel & Dining Services team.
Project management of assigned initiatives.
Oversight of dining & catering services vendor operations.
Processing & Tracking Purchase Orders
Invoice Processing & Reconciliation
Administrative Projects
Records Management (Access)
Vendor Management
Project Management
